Shipper/Receiver III - Yard Spotter
Position Title: Shipping & Receiver III - Spotter – CDL required
Shift: Sunday - Thursday - 4:00pm to 12:30am - $1.50 Shift Differential

Position Summary:
- The Shipper & Receiver III – Spotter position is responsible for managing the movement of trailers across lots. This position is also responsible for operating industrial forklift trucks to perform material movement assignments.
Position Responsibilities:
- “Spots” designated trailer(s) from trailer lot to assigned dock door or from dock door to trailer lot
- Ensures that all trailer wheels are chocked
- Maintains daily equipment condition report
- Maintains a clean parking/docking area in accordance with standards
- Maintain driver maintenance of vehicle
- Ensure trailers are in adequate operational condition
- Maintain a valid CDL license
- Track and audit trailer inventory
- Operate forklift to perform Shipping & Receiving tasks
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year driving experience including backing into docks
- Forklift experience
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Requirements:
- Current Class A CDL License
- Current DOT Physical and Drug Screen
