Head – Strategic Initiatives (CEO’s Office)

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned leader to join the CEO’s Office and drive high-impact strategic initiatives critical to the company’s next phase of growth. This role will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to identify, incubate, and scale new growth engines, while ensuring rigorous governance, execution discipline, and measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic thinking, execution excellence, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver tangible business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Initiatives Leadership
- Lead end-to-end execution of key strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s growth priorities
- Translate high-level strategic vision into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and effective execution
2. Identify & Build Growth Engines
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and revenue streams
- Evaluate and prioritize growth initiatives based on strategic fit and ROI
- Incubate and scale new growth engines from concept to execution
3. Governance & Performance Tracking
- Establish robust governance frameworks for all strategic initiatives
- Design and implement tracking mechanisms to measure incremental growth and business impact
- Ensure accountability through structured review cadences and performance dashboards
4. CEO Dashboard & Reporting
- Own and manage the CEO dashboard, providing a clear and concise view of progress across all strategic initiatives
- Develop KPIs and metrics to track performance, risks, and outcomes
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, consulting, or leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale strategic initiatives
- Experience working closely with CXOs or in a CEO’s Office / Strategy function is highly preferred
- Strong business acumen with experience across growth strategy, operations, and execution
