Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead talent supply chain professional to join our talent acquisition team and drive full-cycle technical recruitment across various domains and technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in technical hiring, strong knowledge of the Mexico tech talent market, and a proven ability to build and lead recruitment strategies for niche and senior-level roles.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and engineering roles, including software development, cloud, DevOps, data, cybersecurity, and architecture;
- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR to understand staffing needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies;
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research;
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, ensuring best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management;
- Use various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, referrals) to source and engage with passive and active talent;
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience;
- Collaborate with global TA teams to align recruitment processes, tools, and reporting;
- Provide data-driven insights, market trends, and hiring metrics to leadership for informed decision-making.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
- 10+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior role;
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, stacks, and hiring trends in the Mexico and LATAM markets;
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring for senior-level and niche tech positions;
- Expertise in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics;
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills;
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) preferred.
Additional Skills
- Experience recruiting for global tech firms or consulting environments;
- Familiarity with Corp-to-Corp (C2C) hiring models and visa requirements.
