 Logistics Associate 
Survey & engineering, utilities, oil & gas, transportation, etc., all rely on precision construction and survey equipment solutions, and Keystone Precision Solutions is the premier provider in the Northeastern United States. As our Logistics Associate at our Allentown, PA headquarters, you’ll play a crucial role in our logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring projects across industries vital to our everyday lives have access to the tools they need when they need them.    
  
Did we mention you’ll have a set schedule Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm? No weekends! 
  
What you’ll do 
As our Logistics Associate, you’ll support end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations through the accurate coordination, tracking, and movement of high-value precision geospatial equipment. You’ll lean heavily on your computer skills to leverage ERP and inventory management systems with a close attention to detail and accuracy, compliance, and care.

Inventory & Asset Management 
  • Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming equipment, parts, and materials

  • Carefully updating and maintaining accurate inventory records within MAS (Sage ERP)

  • Assisting with cycle counts and full physical inventory audits

  • Handling sensitive, high-value equipment with attention to accuracy and condition

     
Shipping & Receiving Operations 
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, and freight providers

  • Preparing shipping documentation, labels, and compliance materials

  • Packaging precision instruments to ensure safe and secure transportation

  • Tracking shipment status and resolve delivery discrepancies as needed

     
Logistics & Warehouse Operations 
  • Picking, packing, staging, and preparing equipment for sales orders, rentals, demonstrations, and service work

  • Supporting returns, repairs, loaner equipment, and reverse logistics processes

  • Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics operations

     
Collaboration & Communication 
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, service, and operations team

  • Communicating inventory shortages, damages, delays, or discrepancies promptly

  • Supporting special projects, audits, and process improvements as assigned

  
What you need to succeed: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1–3 years of logistics, warehouse, or inventory-related experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Computer proficiency and a love of technology (email, ERP systems, spreadsheets)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Team-oriented collaboration

  • Problem-solving and issue resolution

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and process adherence

  • Willingness to cross-train into other areas of the business

  • A big plus is shipping software and inventory management systems experience
