About the role
The Operations Optimization Specialist at MyEyeDr. will support process optimization initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency within the Internal Operations team. This role is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of scalable processes, data analysis, and project implementation that enhance support functions for field operations. The specialist will collaborate cross-functionally, conduct research, and help develop solutions that improve efficiency at the office level. This role reports to the Director, Operations Optimization.

This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of either our Raleigh, NC or Vienna, VA offices.

You Will

• Assist in the design and implementation of scalable processes to optimize field operations support, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collect and analyze data to identify operational inefficiencies and provide insights to enhance performance.
• Support the creation and refinement of playbooks that address key operational challenges, such as appointment cancellations and attach rate issues.
• Work closely with field teams and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and refine solutions based on best practices from high-performing offices.
• Assist in monitoring process adoption and compliance, providing support, training, and ongoing adjustments as needed.
• Prepare materials and templates for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other key operational meetings.
• Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure initiatives stay on schedule.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process optimization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support a dynamic and evolving organization.

About You

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement, preferably within a retail or healthcare environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process optimization.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-driven environment.
• Travel up to 10% of time may be required.
