Job Title:        Printers
Location:        Nantgarw (Cardiff)
Hours:             Full-time, 40 hours/week (Sunday to Friday – various shift patterns)
MCC Cardiff We are on the lookout for skilled Printers, ideally with experience in flexographic printing in combination with rotary silkscreen and foil blocking to join our growing team.
 
What You'll Be Doing:
 
  • Deliver high-quality print jobs daily, meeting specifications and maintaining top-tier production standards.
  • Ensure timely, efficient output, reducing waste and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, strengthening internal workflows and supporting initiatives like SMED and yield improvement.
  • Take an active role in Operations Improvement Forums, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain strict adherence to quality systems and support local risk assessments.
  • Champion a safe working environment, reporting any concerns and supporting safety initiatives.
  • Align with our environmental goals, ensuring sustainable day-to-day operations.
 
What You’ll Bring:
 
  • Experience as a printing press operator, with hands-on knowledge of setup, operation, and maintenance.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a drive for high-quality results.
  • Confidence using IT systems and in-house software tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions clearly and effectively.
  • A reliable, adaptable, and responsible work ethic.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement in everything you do.
