Job Responsibilities:   
  • Support the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs and workshops. Maintain training records and assist in gathering feedback to assess training effectiveness. Coordinate logistics, including scheduling and venue arrangements.
  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and internal communication campaigns to enhance employee experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records, process HR documents, and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws. Assist in tracking leave balances and compiling overtime records. Ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements, reporting, and any ad hoc projects as assigned by the HR Team.
  • Any other tasks assigned by HR Team from time to time. 
Job Requirements:  
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and teamwork.
