Job Descriptions

Invoice Processing  
  • Ensure accuracy and timely processing of vendor invoice for PO and non-PO items.
  • Attached invoice and supporting for entry posted.
Payment
  • Ensure payment proposal are authorized before payment processing.
  • Performed bank reconciliation against outgoing payment.
Month End Closing
  • Performed vendor statement reconciliation.
  • Generate AP reports.
Service Level
  • Promote a strong service ethos to support delivery to agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Act as the focal point to ensure effective communication and resolution of key AP issues and decisions.
  • Build long-term relationships with MCC internal customers and Leadership.
Culture 
  • Adopt a high performance, people-powered culture, providing high expectations and high support.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Team Manager and/or Team Lead.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration or equivalent with professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/MIA), fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English. 
  • Independent, strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of issues and implement corrective actions. 
  • Able to multi-task, pay attention to details, thrives in fast-paced environments. 
  • Candidate who has Shared Services Centre (SSC) experience is an added advantage. 
  • Ability to work APAC normal shift / EMEA afternoon shift, especially month-end.
