We are seeking to appoint a Regional Supply Planner to lead the supply planning process for our Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Commercial region, focusing on both the tactical and strategic planning horizons.

 

The Role

 

In this new and exciting role, you will:

  • Own and run the Supply Planning stage of the monthly S&OP process
  • Lead ‘Tactical Planning’ meetings focused on 3 month service delivery horizon
  • Manage, analyze and generate Supply plans across the planning horizon by utilizing Site production performance, working hours and the sales forecast
  • Ensure supply plans and rough-cut capacity models accurately represent the loading of sites and key assets to facilitate decision making.
  • Partner with the Operational teams to understand gaps (actual to Supply plan), Production trends, seasonality, product switches and wins / losses
  • Problem-solve imbalances between supply and demand, determining root cause and driving for improvement
  • Liaise with Operational stakeholders on factors such as labour planning, capex, utilization, intercompany  and upcoming production changes.
  • Manage Supply KPI performance and apply a continuous improvement mindset to develop demand planning maturity

 

The Person

 

To succeed in this role you will:

  • Be qualified or have considerable demonstrable experience in either Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Have knowledge of print packaging, labels, Wines & Spirits, Food & Beverage markets desirable
  • Be proficient in English and either German or Polish, and additional European language skills will be an advantage
  • Have strong commercial and operational awareness, analytical, problem Solving, presentation and communication skills
  • Be a team player with ability to partner well with others and drive cross-functional action & alignment.
  • Be proficient in manipulating large amounts of data using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI and other MS office tools
  • Be familiar with Radius / Vision ERP, Blue Yonder, JDA, SQL
  • Have good communication (written, verbal and presentation) and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
  • Have a strong focus on results and a high level work ethic; Able to work independently
  • Have the ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment
  • Be prepared to travel for 25% of your time to Plants, Customers and/or partner locations

Additional Information

 

To be considered for this role you must already have the right to live and work in our CEE region (Germany, Poland and Romania) and you must live within commuting distance of one of our plants there.  You must also have the ability to travel unrestricted both within the region and within the European Union.  Visa sponsorship is not provided.
