The Growth Manager – Digital Optimisation role is an exciting opportunity to help accelerate our digital experience for customers globally. It is a critical role in the enablement of our platform to drive customer acquisition, retention & LTV across international markets. Working within the Growth team, you will have a commercial & customer centric mindset, continually seeking opportunities for digital growth in collaboration with our acquisition & retention teams. Your particular focus will be on web analytics & trading optimisation opportunities.

What you’ll do

Digital Trade  

  • Build, share & continuously analyse a suite of reports on top of our core web data to surface performance across the funnel, landing pages and core PLP/PDPs 
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager to optimise site content & customer journey initiatives to deliver impact at scale 
  • Visualise on a weekly basis, the key drivers behind YoY and vs budget changes to actual performance, with a clear ‘what’ and ‘why’ to drive the right level of ‘so what’ discussion within the team
  • Highlight clear differences in on site behaviour between geographies and customer groups to inform trading & content planning across Growth
    • Utilise this information to make tactical changes to site where necessary 

 

Conversion rate & product 

  • Work closely with the digital product team to highlight on site opportunities that could form part of the CRO & product roadmap. Support with measurement, reporting & execution of A/B tests. 
  • Utilising our content analytics platform, support the Ecommerce team in highlighting key areas of volume to be optimising at a geographical level 
  • Work closely with the acquisition team to optimise paid conversion opportunities as well as the retention team on email traffic journeys 
  • Understand in detail the geographical differences (UK & US) in how our site is engaged with by customers & thus influence the prioritisation of core resources to adapt our digital experience  

 

Broader impact

  • Key member of the cross functional data community at MV
  • Collaborator across core commercial functions (growth, product, tech, data) & influencer of prioritisation based on data  
  • Enabling self serve insight generation across functions 
  • Exceptional visualisation of information to ensure digestible across all stakeholders (c-suite to Ecom exec)

What you’ll bring

        At least 4 years in web analytics of a D2C business 

        Very comfortable in GA4, content square & other data visualisation tools

        Able to work independently & clearly identify core opportunities across web performance based on experience of how web KPIs should look 

        Can do attitude, willing to get stuck in & support the team

        Great collaborator & communicator of insights 

        Commercial acumen & business minded (you will not be expected to manage technical site/data requirements e.g. tagging & tracking) 

        Strong attention to detail to highlight and address data quality issues

        Programming language skills ar an advantage but not required (e.g. SQL)

Additional Requirements

Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

Travel Requirements

Travel to our Norfolk office will be required infrequently (max once per month)
