Job Title: Head of Ecommerce

Location: London (Hybrid working available)

Reporting To: SVP Growth

The Head of Ecommerce role is an exciting opportunity to take trading responsibility for our largest shopfront, deliver exceptional & innovate digital experiences & evolve arguably the most important metric in our growth engine (revenue per session (RPS)).

What you’ll do

 

        ​​Partner with Growth & digital product teams to maximise site RPS both within critical trade periods & across key customer journeys regionally, with a focus on new customer acquisition 

        Partner with product, brand & growth to ensure continuity & new product is represented in the most effective way to maximise sales opportunity whilst distilling our core brand resonance and reasons to buy messaging with consistency

        Be an internal trade & analytics leader, continually surfacing funnel, channel & product performance data to support decision making across key commercial areas of the business

        Collaborate with digital product, data & product teams to increase AOV, acknowledging the differences in doing so between core regional markets (UK, US, APAC) 

What you’ll bring

 

        A commercial mindset: a data driven trader at their core with experience in CRO roadmaps & maximising sales impact at a product, customer & regional level. You are an expert prioritiser & bring focus & clarity of direction to teams around you.

        Expert stakeholder management skills: this role will have brand, product, merchandising & tech all knocking at their door

        Get stuff done attitude: you love getting into the detail of the short term aswell as zooming out & thinking longer term. You’re willing to role your sleeves up & collaborate as part of the team to move things forward at pace.

Additional Requirements

Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

Travel Requirements

Regular (every 2/3 months) travel to our Norfolk office may be required.
