Job Title: Site & New Product Development team Coordinator

Location: Holkham, Norfolk

Reporting To: Head of Product Development

The Holkham Site & NPD role is an exciting opportunity to join the New Product Development team to ensure that the Holkham site reflects the brand values of Monica Vinader, as well as being able to take full ownership on managing the sample warehouse. The site is occupied by our New Product Development team, some of our Customer Care team and IT support, as well as sharing the beautiful site with a number of other businesses.  This role will be integral in ensuring that all the Monica Vinader occupied areas are representative of the brand and its values, and in addition, that samples are maintained to enable many different important tasks to be performed utilising the stock. Finally, you will be able to support on administrative duties to support a range of activities across the NPD team.

This is a Norfolk based role with a requirement of 5 days per week at our Holkham office.

What you’ll do

 

Studio Coordination

        Maintain a clean and organised New Product Development Studio space

        Ensure internal samples are organised and maintained to a high standard

        Ensure development samples are organised, clearly labelled and easy to access

        Weekly printing of the internal presentation so that it can be utilised for weekly design and ranging meetings

        Managing sample shipments

 

Sample and stock Coordination

        Proactively manage samples, understanding issues leading to reporting inaccuracies and embed good process across the team

        Responsible for creating and maintaining a clear system for stock coming in and going out of the NPD Studio

        Ownership of the quarterly stock take of NPD samples, alongside ensuring the storage and access of products is suitable for regular use

        Ensure stock levels are kept to a minimum and that sample stock is justifiable

        Coordinate deep dives into stock inaccuracies to correct the process going forward

        Feedback discrepancies to the NPD team and implement corrective actions and/or escalate issues where appropriate

        Share process and timings for stock takes, alongside any supporting docs and reports systems to NPD Team

 

Site Management

        Liaise with Holkham site to ensure site standards are in line with the contract.

        Management of shared areas (eg gardens, meeting rooms, stores).

        Support Health, Safety and Environmental actions on site are delivered.

        Support on managing site related events, travel coordination & plans of visiting teams

        Project manage site maintenance / upgrade activities.

        Budget / cost control Holkham site costs.

        Coordination of off-site storage areas and costs.

        Ordering consumables for site (not packaging).

        Administration support

        Coordinate on site catering requirements.

        Coordinate site contracts, support in budget reporting

 

 

What you’ll bring

        Ability to develop strong working relationships with different functional areas, agree activities with them, and drive actions through to completion.

        Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple activities in parallel.

        Good level of Excel knowledge. Financially aware with some budgeting / costing experience.

        Aptitude for administration / use of systems.

Additional Requirements

Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

Travel Requirements

Travel to our London office and off-site storage areas may be required.
