🔧 Your Day-to-Day
  • Complete resident work orders and apartment turnovers
  • Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
  • Handle interior/exterior painting and light carpentry
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and grounds upkeep
  • Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 6 weeks)
✅ What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience in apartment or facility maintenance
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Drywall, painting, and carpentry
    • Plumbing (copper pipe, toilets, fixtures)
    • Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting)
    • Appliance repair (washer/dryer, fridge, stove, etc.)
    • Gas and electric water heaters
  • EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification a plus
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required 
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation
