We’re looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team! This role focuses on analyzing digital performance, optimizing marketing strategies, and driving measurable results.
Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Analyst gathers and analyzes online data for an assigned portfolio of properties to support decision-making and improve online performance.

• Base compensation of $60,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage Google Ads campaigns from setup to reporting; monitor cost-per-click, audiences, and ROI.
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend adjustments to maximize results.
• Manage and optimize Google Analytics (GA4) tracking and reporting.
• Create actionable reports and data insights for marketing and site teams.
• Manage and update assigned Google Business Listings.
• Develop KPI dashboards and implement tracking via Google Tag Manager.
• Recommend conversion optimization strategies.
• Identify and test new methods to enhance analytics and reporting.
• Document and recommend improvements to marketing strategies and processes.
• Support other digital initiatives and special projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of paid search experience.
• Familiar with Google Analytics and GA4 setup/management.
• SEO On-Page and Technical SEO certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of paid search experience.
• Familiar with Google Analytics and GA4 setup/management.
• SEO On-Page and Technical SEO certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio (Data Studio).
• Google Ads & Analytics Certifications.
• Experience in the multifamily housing industry.
