Compensation: Up to $65,000/Year + Up to $3,000/Year in Bonus Potential!

What You’ll Be Doing:
As our regional go-getter, you will use your marketing savvy and sales expertise to drive occupancy, create buzz for our communities, and lift up the teams around you!
- Craft compelling digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Craigslist.
- Bring a positive, high-energy attitude to our leasing offices, making a fantastic first impression with prospective residents.
- Positively motivate on-site teams and help maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
- Travel within the local region to support and elevate our properties.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in apartment leasing sales and/or property management, paired with 3+ years of experience in marketing.
- Digital Savvy: Expert knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Canva. Rent Café and Yardi knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Power Skills: Exceptional communication, top-notch organizational and time management skills, and a professional appearance.
- The Vibe: A positive attitude, the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, and the natural ability to motivate others.
