💰 What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $18.00 – $21.00/hour
- $500 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 90 days)
- Quarterly maintenance bonus potential (up to $3,000/year)
- $100 weekly on-call stipend (even if you aren’t called in)

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Complete maintenance work orders with guidance from senior team members
- Help prepare apartments between resident move-ins and move-outs
- Learn and assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
- Keep property grounds and common areas clean and welcoming
- Participate in preventative maintenance tasks
- Rotate on-call duties with support from the team
✅ What You Bring
- At least 1 year of maintenance, handyman, or related experience
(apartment, hotel, construction, or general repair work all count) - Basic knowledge of one or more: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or appliances
- Willingness to learn HVAC and other systems (training provided)
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong customer service attitude and pride in your work
