We are seeking a Property Manager to take full ownership of Willow Crossings Apartments, a 418 apartment community in Terre Haute, driving financial performance, operational excellence, and team success.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Performance
- Achieve and exceed leasing & occupancy goals
- Maximize renewal capture and resident retention
- Manage delinquency and actively pursue collections
- Identify opportunities to increase income, reduce expenses, and grow NOI
- Manage your property within budget and financial guidelines
- Oversee maintenance operations
- Process invoices and ensure timely financial operations
Lead & Develop Your Team
- Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site team members
- Conduct team meetings, performance check-ins, and training sessions
- Drive accountability and adherence to Monarch standards and processes
- Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture
Who Thrives Here
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Experience leading and developing teams (3+ employees preferred)
- Strong understanding of leasing, collections, and property operations
Compensation & Benefits
- $68,000 to $75,000 Base Pay
- Up to $4,800 annual bonus potential
- Delinquency bonus potential
- 401(k) with up to 3% company match

- Paid Time Off:
- Year 1: 80 hours, 2–4yrs: 120 hours, 5+yrs: 160 hours
