We’re now hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our growing team in the Maryland Heights, MO area.
.Compensation & Benefits
- $15.00–$17.00 per hour hour (based on experience) plus up to $100 per lease

Key Responsibilities
- Lease apartments to prospective residents and meet or exceed leasing goals
- Conduct professional tours and follow up with prospects
- Prepare and execute lease documentation accurately
- Maintain model units, show-ready apartments, and overall curb appeal
- Support property marketing and outreach efforts
- Assist with resident relations and retention initiatives
- Provide leasing coverage across two communities as needed
Qualifications
- Prior multifamily leasing experience a plus
- Strong sales, closing, and follow-up skills
- Experience with property management software (YARDI preferred)
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Pre-employment background and drug screening required.
