Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. Position Summary: 

The Kit Puller is primarily responsible for performing cycle counts and preparing kits for production.  

Job Function: 

  • Receive orders list and materials. 
  • Prepare and distribute kits by priority, issuing parts and quantities as per stated order.
  • Prepare packing list and send it to production control.
  • Store materials in the warehouse while documenting parts, quantity, and location.
  • Report damaged parts or wrong parts received.
  • Maintain an organized and adequately stocked stockroom.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and orally communicate in English and have the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
  • Must have basic operational knowledge of how to use the equipment within the department.
  • Basic Computer skills and understanding of the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math skills for proper inventory and record-keeping.
  • Must be able to use shipping software.
  • Working knowledge of AS400, is preferred

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
