We are looking for: Radiology Veterinary Coordinator
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and running the radiology schedule for the hospital. This person must have high attention to detail, respond quickly and calmly to unplanned situations, and maintain high standards of patient care. They will communicate with the doctors and the clinical team in the hospital to prioritize and manage the radiology cases for the day.
What you’ll do:
- The direct contact for coordinating timing and order of radiology cases
- Communicate with doctors and clinical team regarding scheduling changes or conflicts throughout the day
- Manage the order of cases
- Manage lunches, clinical team members leaving for the day, down time duties, etc.
- Oversee the case schedule from day to day for all of the departments and anticipate needs for the following days
- Communicate with Clinical Manager when additional clinical team members are needed
