MedVet is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Surgeon to join our Houston, TX specialty hospital! The ideal candidate enjoys a combination of orthopedic and soft tissue procedures. This role offers a balanced four-day work week, structured with a mix of surgery and appointment days. The caseload is currently orthopedic-focused, with ongoing and increasing opportunities for soft tissue surgery.

The schedule is designed to support work-life balance, with no routine after-hours or weekend emergency surgery and minimal after-hours responsibilities. The hospital is well equipped with multiple surgery suites, dedicated surgical technicians, fluoroscopy with planned upgrades, and advanced surgical technology including arthroscopy capabilities.

You will work alongside a multi-specialty team in a collaborative environment that encourages open case discussion and shared clinical decision-making.
