In this role, your goals will be:
In 3 months:

  • Build knowledge across GroupM’s bespoke search tools and our vision/purpose, and be able to articulate services to the agency and client.
  • Develop relationships with all key clients, agency stakeholders and media, as well as members within your immediate team.
  • Ensure work streams are being carried out to a high standard.

In 6 months:

  • Developed an integrated and data driven search strategy and roadmap for the business in line with client ambitions and goals.
  • Support the team members’ career development through regular catch ups and organise training where needed.

In 12 months:

  • Have a thorough understanding of all things of GroupM – awareness of how our products and services can be integrated to the account whether in or out of scope.
  • Developed a solid working relationship with clients and internal teams(planning teams, other function teams under GroupM) .
  • You will deliver the best practice achieved in the past 12 months and share the learning & key observation on the market in team.

What your day job looks like at GroupM

  • Understand the fundamentals of clients’ business.
  • Lead interns to manage daily operational work.
  • Ensure client projects are kept on track while adhering to campaign objectives.
  • timely escalation of issues to ensure proper handling and managing of jobs.
  • precisely execute internal process, client reporting and simple campaign operations.
  • Understand and keep updated with the fundamentals of Search marketing.
  • Maintain positive outlook and drive to experience and learn hands-on.
