The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for the successful implementation of our clients’ brand and media partnerships. They will have a strong interest in the influence of culture on brands, have strong project management skills &/or production experience, attention to detail, creative flair, an appetite to learn.
 
The Partnerships team sits within creative futures and are responsible for bringing creativity to media, and act as the interface between the agency and our partners. Our role is to seek out and deliver branded integrations, content, and activations, that complement the media planning & buying departments, which are a core discipline of the agency. We are channel agnostic and typically work across broadcast, digital, creator, activations, and events.

Responsibilities
  • Be a team player that can build relationships with the wider Creative Futures team –e.g. strategy, creative, social.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media owners' sales and creative teams, e.g. programming, broadcast integration, editorial, production, activation, and project management departments
  • Can set and stick to production timings, to successfully deliver projects to agreed deadlines.
  • Knows when to escalate potential delivery risks to Associate Director/ Director and develops the ability to manage project teams to resolve risks themselves.
  • Learn about our clients’ businesses and objectives.
  • Build positive client relationships through best-in-class servicing.
  • Become a trusted voice our clients can come to with questions, new partnership briefs and day-today project management tasks.
  • Work closely with your Associate Director/ Director and creative team on being brand custodians for your clients, ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage client expectations, status, objectives, budgets, and timelines in a timely manner.
  • Use clear and proactive communication to ensure agency and client are working well together for the success of campaign development and delivery.
  • Develop persuasive communication and presentation skills for sharing creative recommendations and production proposals.
  • Ensure projects are consistently delivered above expectations for the continual growth and success of the team.
  • Develop your commercial acumen of the agency’s business and Creative Futures revenue targets.
  • Support the development of responses to briefs working closely with your Associate Director/ Director and internal specialists including strategy & creative teams.
  • Supporting project management on larger briefs/campaigns, working autonomously on smaller briefs
  • •Managing content consultation for their campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are tracking according to brief, brand guidelines and feedback. Ensuring that output is of the highest quality before being shared with the client.
  • Support and manage key project related documents including WIPs, workflow management, presentations, and finance.
  • Confidently and proactively navigate the creative & production management process, including briefings, timings, and budget.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers e.g. media partners, publishers, and production suppliers.
