What you’ll do     
  • Implement and manage BCTM (Bring  Community to Market) Schedules and Checklist which identify critical path items from due diligence through the opening of sales to ensure a complete, on-time opening of a new community or phase
  • Modify templates for each new project, collecting information on critical activities and the relationship between activities from each subject matter expert, to build unique BCTM and Checklist for the given project
  • Act as a liaison among all internal and external stakeholders, including Construction, Purchasing, Finance, Sales, Land, and external consultants to facilitate the successful opening of a community, phase or ancillary project
  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings to track and update the progress of each item in the BCTMs
  • Communicate regularly outside of meetings to assist in solutions and other updates
  • Daily interaction with various division personnel, outside agencies, business partners, consultants, and government officials
  • Demonstrate firm resolve, patience, enthusiasm, and superior communication in all interactions with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with team members to support timely and appropriate resolution of all open deliverables
  • Work in tandem with Land Team to project viable community opening dates with on time land supply
  • Assist Land Team with land acquisition activities, maintenance of land data base, CAC (Capital Allocation Committee) package preparation as needed
  • Create and maintain BCTM schedules for special projects such as CDDs, HOAs, entry features and amenities
What you bring     
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Minimum of a HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to understand municipal permitting processes and HOA requirements
  • Must be able to assess and interpret both land development and construction plans
  • Project management experience is required
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy, including word-processing, spreadsheet analysis and project scheduling
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Extremely organized with the ability to think strategically
Bonus points     
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, HS degree or GED is a minimum requirement
