  • Work with internal teams to draft press releases that mark company milestones
  • Review and present internal and external analytics monthly to identify what’s working, what’s not and where we can improve
  • Bring ideas forward, spot opportunities and take ownership of projects as part of a small, collaborative Communications team, with opportunities to grow your responsibilities over time

What you bring

  • Undergraduate degree in Communications, Journalism or Public Relations

  • Strong writing and editing skills are essential, with the ability to adapt tone and approach across audiences and channels
  • Natural proactivity, curiosity and comfort leading conversations with people at all levels of the organization, both in-person and virtually
  • Experience using analytics to understand performance, inform recommendations and act based on findings
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment, all while maintaining strict attention to quality and detail
  • A selfstarter mindset paired with a collaborative, teamfirst approach
  • Comfort learning new tools and systems, with a keen interest in working more efficiently

Bonus points

  • Handson experience with media monitoring tools like Cision or Meltwater, including tracking media coverage, pulling reports and summarizing results so the team understands what stories landed and why they matter
  • Experience working in a Microsoft O365 environment, with comfort updating and navigating SharePointbased intranets and Viva Engage to publish stories, post updates and keep employees informed and engaged
  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar productivity tools to help draft content, brainstorm ideas, summarize information or work more efficiently day to day
