Engineering Supervisor- Heat Exchange/Thermal

With support from management, leads a group of technical staff (engineers, technicians, designers) engaged in design, development testing and prototype activities, The supervisor leads staff to achieve accomplishment of organizational objectives as defined by related product manager.

Job Requirements

BSME required + minimum 5 years' industry experience (at least 6 months to 1 year experience in a leadership capacity)

Engineering Supervisor- Accountabilities 

1. Leads staff of engineers and technicians in design and development of new products and improvement of existing products.
- Maintain project management systems.
 -Monitor project progress
 -Provide direction to engineers and technicians.
- Provide progress reports to management.
- Perform performance reviews and employee evaluations
- Accept responsibility as delegated by department manger for new design or revision to existing design.
 -Perform other duties as assigned

o CAC, Charge air cooler
