The Opportunity

The Assistant Fiduciary Administrator reports to the Vice President and will be responsible for the administration of client portfolios spanning a variety of sectors for which the Maples Group provides fiduciary services such as HK based directorship, trusteeship and process agent services.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

 

  • Working closely with the fiduciary team supporting them with general administrative tasks;
  • Assisting with the client KYC and onboarding process, including liaising with the internal legal team for preparation of service agreements;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client database;
  • Handling client billing process;
  • Assisting with internal and external requests and ensuring requested documents are provided at a high quality standard with accuracy and consistency;
  • Liaising both internally and externally to ensure prompt distribution and delivery of documents or files as required; and
  • Assisting in ad-hoc projects or administrative tasks as required

 

What You Bring

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

 

 

  • A Degree holder with relevant experience in Financial and/or Administrative services or similar field. Experience in legal area will be an advantage;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;
  • A good team player but also able to work independently;
  • Possess positive attitude, self-initiative and problem solving skills;
  • Flexible and adaptable to change;
  • Strong computer skills.
