What You’ll Do:

• Help lead and delegate tasks for the distribution centre’s receiving team
• Provide training, feedback, and coaching to new and existing employees as needed
• Monitor all incoming shipments
• Ensure accuracy of PO matching
• Diagnose and help fix Warehouse Management System receiving problems as they arise
• Work towards reconciling system discrepancies and suggesting improvements
• Promote a safe working environment through compliance and understanding of Health
and Safety rules and regulations, along with company policies and procedures
• Commit to further advancing one’s warehouse knowledge (ex. equipment, procedures)

Do you fit the part?

• Great understanding of Warehouse Management Systems
• Supervisory experience/strong leadership skills are considered an asset
• Capable of meeting department goals while measuring and meeting key performance
• Experience working in a warehouse setting
• Valid Class 7 or 5 License required, with clean driver’s abstract preferred
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Strong multitasking and delegating skills
• Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills when working individually,
and with the team
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs and knowledge of workplace safety procedures and the
ability to adhere to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program
• Steel-toe shoes are required

Pay range $52k-$73k/annually, based on experience
