What You’ll Do
Merchandising & Visual Execution
- Share your time travelling intermittently throughout BC and Alberta to support store merchandising needs
- Create visually appealing store layouts that enhance customer experience and promote sales
- Coordinate showroom designs and stock placement tailored to each store’s sales history and inventory requirements
- Maintain high merchandising standards that reflect brand consistency and drive customer engagement
Collaboration & Culture
- Work closely with local store teams to promote standard merchandising techniques and best practices
- Build strong relationships with staff across multiple locations
- Support a positive, collaborative, and solutions‑focused team environment
Operational Excellence
- Balance creativity with physical activity in a role that requires lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilize basic Excel and Microsoft Office tools to support planning and reporting
Are You Our Next Merchandiser?
- Comfortable with a fluctuating schedule and travel throughout BC and Alberta for out‑of‑town projects or new store setups
- Detail‑oriented, creative, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to team dynamics
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities under pressure
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
