What you’ll do:
- Create and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly sales, vendors, and other business reports
- Partner with business departments and sales employees to produce reports as needed
- Help track and account for supplier rebates
- Prepare monthly management and KPI reports
- Prepare, maintain and file monthly, quarterly and annual eco fee reports and filings
- Research updates about changes to eco fee programs
- Prepare certain monthly budget to actual variance explanations
- Ad hoc accounting and data analysis
- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Aid with the administration and setup of equipment leases
- Work with large databases extracting useful business information
- Analysis of inventory balances, including turns, DSI and costing
- Other duties as assigned
Do you fit the part?
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical mindset and a strong ability to work well in teams
- Ability to work with large data sets and ability to handle complexity
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Experience working with Power BI would be an asset
- Manages time effectively and is highly organized
