Key Objectives
  • Assist in the administration of the Information Security team's JIRA projects, including workflow updates, dashboard maintenance, report generation, and user support, under the guidance of senior team members
  • Track and monitor the progress of security assessments, audits, and remediation activities.
    Collaborate with (internal and external) security engineers, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Analyze security data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of security documentation and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the Information Security team, as needed
  • Be open and eager to learn about industry best practices and emerging trends in information security and project management.
Required Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Business Administration on a related field
  • Experience working with JIRA or a similar project management tool
  • Basic understanding of information security concepts and principles
  • Basic Understanding of project management concepts and principles
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework)
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+)
