As a Project Manager at our company, you will play a vital role in leading and executing projects that are critical to our client relationships and business success. Key Accountabilities
- Client Relationship Management: All roles involve developing and maintaining professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Account Management: Each role requires the management of customer accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
- Project Implementation: Each position involves planning and implementing projects or account-specific requirements to meet contractual deliverables and KPIs.
- Reporting and Documentation: Regular reporting and maintenance of account records using systems like Salesforce, and ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Customer Facing: All roles are customer-facing, requiring interaction with clients to understand and fulfill their needs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Continual communication with stakeholders to update them on project or account status and to manage expectations.
- Problem Solving and Process Improvement: Identifying issues and opportunities for improvement within accounts or projects to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Independently manage all aspects of project implementation from planning to feedback collection.
- Drive project scoping meetings and update stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining budgets and profitability.
- Prepare analytical reports for quarterly and annual reviews.
- Specific financial tracking responsibilities and MI reporting.
- Facilitate on-site delivery programs and coordinate resources accordingly.
All About You
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within industries such as HR-Services, Education, Coaching & Consulting, Professional Services and related.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects successfully, meeting all deliverables and KPIs.
- Familiarity with project management software, including CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, crucial for project and client meetings.
- A problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
