Marketing Specialist - Poland, LHH CTM
Description
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a positive can-do attitude to increase our brand awareness and drive growth by implementing the marketing strategy and plans for Poland.
You will partner closely with business to support Career Transition & Mobility translating their needs into marketing activities and executing them. So you are strategic but certainly also operational.
Because of LHH's different services and business needs, you will work on a variety of projects simultaneously. From hosting a webinar or a local event, to localizing, launching and optimizing global and local campaigns for Poland. Meanwhile, you will also initiate new content that contributes to our goals and distribute it through our channels (especially LinkedIn) and external platforms. You will count with the support of internal teams such as designers, website and digital marketing automation specialists.
Reporting Relationships:
- Marketing Director of Career Transition and Mobility for Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland who is based in Switzerland,
- As part of a cluster, you will regularly collaborate and exchange with marketers based in Belgium and Germany, as well as global teams.
Location:
- Poland, Warsaw
- Hybrid model: you can combine working from home and going to the office to complete your projects
Travel:
- Occasional travel might be required.

- Fluent in Polish and English both written and spoken
In this role you can expect to
- Partner with internal stakeholders, primarily Sales and Solution Heads, to understand business needs and translate them into effective marketing initiatives.
- Own and deliver an integrated annual events program (webinars, conferences, and owned events) covering all business lines, ensuring strong coordination and alignment across stakeholders, and taking a hands-on role in planning, promotion, and execution.
- Manage and maintain established relationships with media and external partners to ensure continued strong brand visibility and capitalize on media opportunities across relevant industry channels.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities and nurture leads through the marketing funnel, including localization of global campaigns for the Polish market.
- Manage and continuously optimize digital performance channels, including paid LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, and SEA, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive performance and support campaign objectives.
- Coordinate and contribute to the creation of original content and insights to strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership positioning.
- Lead the development and localization of sales and marketing collateral aligned with business needs, including case studies, testimonials, and lead-generating materials.
- Own and manage the Polish LinkedIn channel, driving consistent, engaging content that resonates with B2B audiences.
- Maintain website content, ensuring blog posts and key landing pages remain up to date and aligned with campaigns and brand positioning.
All About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services, HR, or talent development; B2C experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and pipeline, with strong digital expertise in SEO/SEA, LinkedIn (paid and organic), and email marketing.
- Experience working with cross-functional, global teams and managing internal and external stakeholders; experience with agencies is a plus.
- Hands-on experience planning and executing in-person and virtual events, including webinars, from promotion through to delivery.
- Proven experience managing media relations, including building and maintaining press relationships and driving coverage across relevant industry channels.
- Hands-on experience with key marketing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot).
