Senior Software Engineer (Front End Development)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be a hands-on technical problem solver and innovator in this role, leading end-to-end software development activities. You will collaborate with a talented team to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge solutions thousands of customers use globally. This position offers a blend of office and remote work, providing flexibility based on business needs. 
Here is more of what you’ll get to do: 
  • Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React/Angular and TypeScript. 
  • Convert and modernize existing Angular-based UI into React using AI-assisted engineering workflows and automation tooling.
  • Build reusable UI components, design systems, and scalable frontend architecture.
  • Leverage AI coding assistants and Generative AI tools to accelerate development, refactoring, documentation, and test generation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive user experiences.
  • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
  • Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Research and adopt new frontend technologies, patterns, and best practices.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables aligned with product roadmap and sprint commitments.
  • Document architecture decisions, component usage, and development guidelines.
  • Create web graphics and UI assets using Adobe Photoshop.
  • This role requires working from the office three days per week.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:  
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in frontend development. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology – Computer Science or Information Technology. 
 
Must-Have Skills: 
  • Strong proficiency in React/Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Modern frontend architecture and state management
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind, etc.)
  • HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for creating web graphics
  • Frontend performance optimization and debugging
  • REST API integration and asynchronous programming
  • Git (Bitbucket/GitHub/GitLab)
  • Agile Scrum/Kanban methodology
  • Understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards
Nice to have:
  • Experience migrating or refactoring legacy frontend applications (preferably Angular to React) 
  • Micro-frontend architecture
  • CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar)
  • Containerized environments (Docker)
  • Exposure to .NET / C# backend (not primary responsibility)
  • PostgreSQL / SQL understanding
  • Experience working in a product company
