A little about the position:
Job Summary:
The Fiberglass Pool Outfitter position works outside and is responsible for using various hand tools to do small repairs, as well installing plumbing, tile, inlays, lighting and other products on the pool. Starting pay is $21.91 per hour.
Some of What You Will Do:
- Read and understand production orders.
- Inspect pools for flaws or order deviations.
- Trim and grind flanges.
- Accurately read a tape measure.
- Cut and drill holes for fittings, installing them per the SOP’s.
- Perform patching and repairs.
- Tile and set inlays.
- Responsible for tools, maintenance and repair.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
- Must be able to work outside in all sorts of weather and temperatures.
- Experience using various hand tools.
- Ability to read diagrams and instructions.
- Experience in tiling preferred.
- Ability to stand for prolonged times as well as frequent bending, reaching, stooping, overhead work and lifting up to forty (40) pounds.
- Must be able to work overtime, including some Saturdays.
- Ability to work in a safe manner utilizing PPE as required.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
Bonus: Discretionary Year-End
