Internet Brands is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the AP team on adhering to the policies, procedures, and functions of the department.
- Propose processes for the department to be more efficient.
- Review payment batches for accuracy.
- Process bi-weekly contractor payments.
- Complete AP cycle. Responding to inquiries, reviewing and entering invoices, and creating check batches for payment. 
- Processing checks, ACH’s, and wires for payments.
- Reviewing, approving and uploading expense reports from Chrome River into the Accounting software.
- Reviewing and entering paper expense reports, if any.
- Updating and posting approved invoices from Paramount into the Accounting software.
- Filing.
- Pulling invoices approved for the weekly check run.
- Preparing checks for mailing.
- Assist with affiliate payments.
- Assisting the department when needed.
- Reconcile and process yearly 1099s.
- Pulling files for other departments or auditors when requested.

At Internet Brands, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be $50,000 to $56,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
