Customer Service Representative
Downers Grove based, Officite, a division of Internet Brands, is currently seeking a customer service superstar familiar with web design to join our fast-paced growing online media company as a Customer Support Representative.
- Prior experience in customer support, both phone and email based.
- Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS.
- An excellent work ethic, an upbeat personality, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicants should be ‘super users!’ who are good at tinkering with software and researching solutions to thorny problems.
Nice To Have's:
- Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing and/or Social Media.
- Knowledge of domain name management: name servers, forwarding, transfer process.
- Graphic design/image editing experience, and general web design/layout knowledge.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
