Internet Brands is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics On Premise CRM Systems Administrator to join the Legal vertical.

The Microsoft Dynamics On Premise CRM Systems Administrator is responsible for researching, designing, building, testing, deploying, analyzing, administering, and maintaining environments as well as hardware and software technology components to meet current and future business needs. Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling the performance and status of technology components, and providing technology component support and problem resolution.

Responsibilities:
- Guide client with system and application upgrades
- Perform product customization; define and develop implementation procedures to ensure successful installation of hardware and software
- Review and analyze existing systems architecture to make appropriate recommendations, particularly in regards to high availability, performance and scalability
- Test, debug, and analyze performance against business requirements
- Provide recommendations on migration from on-premise to cloud
- Manage the on-premise Microsoft Dynamics environment, including research, analysis, selection, planning, engineering, and development.
- Support and manage the administration of the hardware and software technology components of MSD, including planning, estimation, and reporting
- Implement, analyze, and document hardware and software technology components.
- Evaluate resource requirements to tune technology components for optimal performance
- Analyze and resolve incidents; log incidents and resolutions
- Mentor junior engineers

Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics experience (MSD Infrastructure / Platform / MSD Development background)
- Solid knowledge of other Microsoft stack technologies (such as SQL Server, .Net, ADFS, Exchange, C#, VB.net, javascript)
- Hands-on experience in applying standards and procedures in challenging and complex situations
- Familiar with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Ability to effectively communicate with users, customers, and management
- Certifications in MSD preferred
