Description

Internet Brands, an LA-based online media company, is currently looking for a Social Media Customer Success Representative.

Our ideal candidate is an energetic, resourceful, and ambitious individual who wants to join a stellar team. Candidate must be motivated, optimistic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ultimately eager to learn and grow.

What you'll get to do:
- Manage 50 active dealer accounts per month
- Hands-on optimization of SMM campaigns (e.g. implements changes based on directed guidelines/dealer input)
- Be the point of contact for dealer accounts on campaign performance optimization efforts, KPIs, etc.
- Coordinate with Ops on key external deliverables to the customer (billing, scorecard, etc)
- Asset handling at onboarding
- Manage SMM checklist ensuring all elements completed
- Internal dept coordination
- Gain access to dealer FB pixel & obtain dealer email lists for audience creation and retargeting
- QA of new and existing campaigns; ownership of all checkpoints at set-up and refresh
- Distribute ads for coop & dealership approval

What you'll bring:
- Experience with Social Media Management preferred
