Manager of Education

The Manager of Education will have the unique opportunity to champion, innovate, and promote the importance of education as it relates to our services. Success will be achieved by amplifying the SatisFacts and ApartmentRatings message, garnering the attention of new business and delivering critical solutions to our clients and the multifamily industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate leads to the Sales Team by delivering high-quality content to the multifamily industry through online resources, webinars, and conferences
  • Effectively use social media to drive engagement and awareness of department initiatives
  • Conduct focus groups with current renters to provide "real world" insights to be used in education sessions and podcasts
  • Consistently create and publish relevant content that speaks to renter trends, behaviors, and projections
  • Recommend and provide guidance to develop best practice documents, white papers, and other resources
  • Contribute to a variety of special projects and perform administrative duties as assigned
  • Support existing clients by facilitating survey-related review sessions
  • Meet with other internal teams to ensure information related to education flows consistently across all departments

Job Requirements – The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related work experience
  • 3-5 years of multifamily industry experience in the fields of education or marketing
  • Working knowledge of the types of products and services offered by SatisFacts and ApartmentRatings
  • Ideal traits include caring/professional demeanor, organized, self-motivated, positive attitude, collaborative, with the ability to prioritize and adapt swiftly to changes in priorities
  • Strategic thinker with a creative perspective; demonstrates an acute attention to detail and the ability to execute flawlessly
  • Extremely high proficiency of written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency level of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced proficiency of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Experience with blended method training solutions (webinar, in-person, e-learning) within a corporate learning setting
  • Demonstrates the ability to lead strategically, drive awareness, build alignment and influence
  • Executive level presenter with public speaking experience
  • Executive presence and the ability to match rapport at all levels in the business.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently, effectively, and proactively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic environment
