Description

Los Angeles based, Internet Brands is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator. This position will report to the Payroll Manager and have broad exposure working on many different tasks for a dynamic and growing Company.

Responsibilities:
-Assist in preparing and processing full cycle bi-weekly multi-state payroll for over 1600 Team Members across the US.
-Answer Employee Related Questions in our Ticketing System
-Process payroll data request through the ADP Workforce Now system
-Review and verify the accuracy of time information and employee data changes
-Confirm retro calculations that are processed via ADP for accuracy.
-Ensure payroll processing accuracy through collaboration with other payroll team members and people managers.
-Timely and accurately prepare on-demand checks for terminations, retro-adjustments, and other disbursements determined to be necessary for immediate distribution.
-Provide support to other team members as needed.
-Interact with employees and departments at all levels. Address pay-related concerns and provide payroll information in a friendly, courteous, and accurate manner.
-Assist with ongoing set up, testing, and maintenance of the payroll system within ADP.

Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of Payroll experience preferred.
- ADP Workforce Now Payroll experience highly preferred.
- Strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc).
- Self-starter and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to perform efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

This job is required to be in our El Segundo office 4-5 days a week. Candidates must be local to LA.

We expect the base salary for this position to start at $55,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
