Work timings: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience focused on technology/techno functional recruiting within a fast-moving technology company.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels such as job portals, social media channels & employee referrals.
- Experience with ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
- Experience of various interview methods and assessment tests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with candidates at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain TAT on each position, take ownership and aggressively work towards closure of the position
- Understand recruitment trends across industries - Develop and revise position specifications and job descriptions
- Ensure continuous pipeline creation by actively identifying channels/sources, building the Partner ecosystem, networking etc
- Work closely with Program Managers to ensure quality assessment and exceptional candidate experience through all stages of recruitment
