Acquisition Marketing Manager
Description
We are searching for an Acquisition Marketing Manager to identify and connect with attorneys in need of our services, generate new prospects, and advance existing opportunities for Sales. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to understand our business, our ideal customer profiles, and how we connect with them. You will lead the charge in scoping out and delivering specific campaign plans: messages, channels, actions and results. Your focus is growing sustainable revenue.
Responsibilities/What You Will Do
Manage full campaign process from idea to end
Develop segmentation strategies
Own the development of customer-facing marketing assets (e.g. banners, emails, push notifications, webpages)
Develop and execute Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Email marketing programs
Execute ongoing A/B Testing
Build journey maps for customer experiences - plan and execute initiatives powering customer journeys from awareness to consideration to conversion
Conduct full campaign post-mortems to identify areas of opportunity to improve customer acquisition volume and grow revenue per customer
Report KPI achievements/gaps
Qualifications/Skills - What You Will Need
Bachelor's Degree
3 - 5 years of experience in performance, acquisition, or product marketing
Focus on B2B professional services inbound and outbound lead generation strategies
Proven success in driving inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns resulting in sales opportunities and revenue growth
Experience building and executing Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Email marketing programs
Demonstrated clear project management and communication skills
Proficiency using Instapage, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Wordpress

We expect the annualized rate for this role to have a base of $75k, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
