What You'll Do
- Perform service requests efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service to residents.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
- Repair heating and cooling systems.
- Service and maintain the community pool.
- Assist with groundskeeping and maintaining excellent curb appeal.
- Work closely with the maintenance and office teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Promote a positive living experience for residents and a collaborative work environment for coworkers.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance needs.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who has:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily/property management experience is a plus, but not required)
- Lives within a 30-minute commute of the property
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, pools, and HVAC systems
- HVAC or EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
