We’re currently hiring a Stone Production Supervisor for our Boise facility. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about building strong teams, improving processes, and delivering high-quality results.

🛠 What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support daily stone production operations
  • Supervise, coach, and develop production team members
  • Plan and manage production schedules, priorities, and workflow
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain strong floor presence and hands-on involvement
  • Promote and enforce all safety standards and PPE compliance
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, hiring, and onboarding
  • Partner with leadership to forecast labor and production needs
  • Maintain inventory of shop supplies and support cycle counts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational success

✅ What You Bring

  • 2+ years of production leadership or supervisory experience
  • Background in manufacturing, stone fabrication, or similar industry preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements (mm/inches)
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Experience coaching and developing team members
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools, equipment, and production processes
  • Calm, approachable leadership style in a fast-paced environment
