We’re currently hiring an Experienced Lead In-Home Stone Countertop Installer to join our Boise team. If you take pride in your work, lead by example, and deliver top-tier results, we want to hear from you.

🛠 What You’ll Do
- Lead and complete in-home stone countertop installations
- Ensure precise, high-quality installs in residential and commercial settings
- Remove existing countertops and assist with basic plumbing disconnects (as needed)
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site
- Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns
- Coordinate with the office when additional support is needed
- Travel locally (with occasional out-of-town work)
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company standards on every job
✅ What You Bring
- 2+ years of lead installer experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong background in stone countertop installation
- Construction experience preferred
- Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
- Strong math and measurement skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
- Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
💪 Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and maneuver 100+ lbs (team lift)
- Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling
- Ability to work overtime as needed
