We are currently seeking an experienced Polisher/Fabricator to join our Boise team on swing shift. This role is essential in delivering high-quality finished stone products while upholding our safety and workmanship standards.

Position Summary
The Polisher/Fabricator is responsible for shaping, finishing, and polishing natural stone and engineered quartz surfaces according to specifications, ensuring exceptional quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Grind, sand, clean, and polish stone surfaces using hand and power tools
- Shape and finish grooved, contoured, and irregular surfaces to match templates and blueprints
- Load, unload, and position materials onto worktables and equipment using hand tools and mechanical lifters
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all production floor safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar stone fabrication or polishing role
- Experience working with natural stone and engineered quartz preferred
- Skilled in using grinders, polishers, and related fabrication equipment
- Ability to read measurements and work accurately with units of measure
- Knowledge of hand woodworking tools and power tools (table saw, chop saw, etc.)
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail and task-oriented mindset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused
