As a student athlete at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Eric Schremp met Emily Bradley, Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at First Business Bank, at a career fair and learned about internship positions.
Since that time, Eric has served as Credit Analyst intern, Credit Analyst, Assistant Vice President – Commercial Real Estate Banking, and now Assistant Vice President II – Commercial Banking.

With an immersive, hands-on, and structured program that is unique in our industry, our Commercial Banking Development program provides customized support to ensure progress and success on the path of being a commercial banking professional within one of our many lines of business. Early career professionals, through the three-phase program, build expertise and confidence in credit, portfolio management, and business development so they can dive into a role on one of our growing Commercial Banking teams.
Participants learn right alongside the best as they gain experience in our Commercial Banking Development Program (CBDP). Embedded with rich learning workshops, immersive experiences, and one-on-one mentorships, the CBDP gives graduates access to First Business Bank’s expert team and expansive resources.
