Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM- Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Easter Time (aligned to daylight savings)
Salary: 4.3M COP- 5.5M COP per month (Based on experience)

Writing clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented copy for email campaigns, flows, and SMS messages across several e-commerce client accounts.
Developing headlines, hooks, CTAs, and body copy aligned with distinct audience segments and lifecycle stages.
Adapting tone and messaging to ensure it reads natively for an USA consumer, rather than sounding like a translation.
Reviewing all copy for clarity, accuracy, tone consistency, grammar, and compliance, including performing context checks directly within Figma or Klaviyo.
Utilizing AI chatbots, GPTs, and agents daily to support ideation, outlining, variant generation, and iteration while maintaining strict editorial standards.
Interpreting performance insights to iterate on messaging, recommending subject line and preview text variations to support testing.
Maintaining and refining unsupervised brand voice documentation and copy guidelines.
Collaborating closely with CSMs, Strategists, Designers, and Digital Producers to ensure copy complements visual design and strategic intent.
Managing tasks, feedback, and approvals seamlessly through Asana as the single source of truth.
2 to 4 years of experience, including at least 18 months specifically writing English-language email or SMS copy for US or UK e-commerce brands.
A portfolio showcasing proven performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion lift) rather than just static writing samples.
Hands-on experience building or editing flows directly inside Klaviyo (not just familiarity with the platform name).
The ability to write English copy that sounds authentically native to an American audience.
A strong understanding of customer psychology, storytelling, and conversion copywriting.
Excellent grammar, editing, and attention to detail, with the ability to write across diverse tones, personas, and brand identities.
The capacity to manage multiple deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with conducting product, competitor, and industry research to inform messaging and positioning.
Experience leveraging AI platforms to assist with briefing reviews, feedback consolidation, and structural outlining.
