They are currently looking for an energetic CRM Support Administrator to join their growing international support team in a permanent, work-from-home capacity.

What You’ll Be Doing
 
Reporting directly to an New Zealand-based Operations Manager as part of the Commercial Operations team, you will ensure seamless data processing, manage system integration, and support CRM users across multiple locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Monitor and Optimize CRM Queues: Oversee daily ticketing systems to handle account setups, user configuration, updates, and ownership changes across key platforms.

  • Ensure High Data Integrity: Maintain strict compliance with business rules and proactively patrol system dashboards to eliminate data discrepancies.

  • Provide Global User Support: Deliver friendly and efficient troubleshooting assistance to internal users via online platforms or phone, helping them navigate the CRM seamlessly.

  • Facilitate Training & Onboarding: Deliver comprehensive remote training and mentorship sessions to empower new and existing users on system best practices.

  • Collaborate and Test System Enhancements: Partner with internal cross-functional business units (such as Bookings and Finance) to align data workflows and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
